Is it possible to sample faster than 30 seconds with the wireless (RF-series) data loggers?

No. The RF-series data loggers / transmitters are limited to a 30 second transmission interval by FCC regulations. If a faster rate is required for remote logging, it may be possible to use a standard (non-wireless) logger with an RFExtender wireless transceiver or Net102 Ethernet converter.
