Yes. You can force a higher screen res through the dgVoodoo glide wrapper. LB2 fan AV8R has run the game at 1680x1050x32 on a 22-inch LCD flat panel monitor. Apart from the graphics being much sharper and with less jagged edges on angles, another good point is the fact that using higher screen resolutions in any game uses more graphics memory – in turn making the frame-rate drop. Why is this good? Because if you are straining your graphics card a bit (chances are you won’t be if you’re using the very latest, fast, high-memory cards) it will slow your LB2 frame-rate down and increase the yaw speed, almost acting as a CPU slowdown utility! <> Q: Is it possible to increase the LODs ranges for the Apache and the terrain?
