Is it possible to reuse badges/badge numbers of terminated employees?
Yes. When employees are checked as Terminated in PayClock, that sets their badge number to 0000. This allows the existing badge to be used for a new employee or to be assigned to a different employee. The historical data for the terminated employee will remain intact, providing the employee is NOT deleted from the software. If changing an existing employee’s data, their history will also remain intact.
