Yes, you can pick-up at the Downtown location and drop-off at the Airport Location. Alamo charges you a drop off fee of 20 dollars. (Some cruise ship customers get a free ride to the Airport – in this case of course you can arrange pick up and drop off at the Airport. But if you don’t have the free transfer, you MUST arrange pick up at the Down Town Location, since none of the rental car companies come from the airport to the pier for pick up).
