Please use the Notify Manager as of version 7.5. First you need to establish a connection to the Internet via any Internet Service Provider (ISP) of your choice. Otherwise the renewed request for offline transmission will only be sent upon the next synchronization when starting skyDSL. You can recognize an email that has been sent via satellite but not yet received on the PC by the fact that there is no entry in the column “Remarks”. Now you should mark the entry and select the item “Start transmission” in the context menu, which you can open with a click of the right mouse button. The email will now be sent again via satellite. You can recognize the reception of a downloaded email. In this case a detailed description including the file size and the time of reception will be displayed.
