You can certainly report the specific date a reel is used. Currently the time period for the Usage message is controlled by the TimePeriod element in the Header of the message. This permits you to handle the scenario of “Reporting Usage for a Given Day”. it would require that you send one Usage Message for each day. Our current set-up incents you to report usage on a timely basis, that is daily. This is a good thing.
