Is it possible to rent any of the apartments for 6 months instead of 12 months?
Sometimes we have 6 month leases in our one bedroom apartments to help students that are graduating from college. If we allowed students to sign a nine month lease instead of a twelve month lease we would then charge more per month to make up for the months that the apartment would sit vacant. Your rent pays utilities, mortgages taxes and insurance.
