In Madrid the minimum time for which most owners are prepared to rent is one year. There are only a few apartment blocks for short term rents, but these are in great demand. Short term serviced apartments do not really exist – the only substitute would be an “aparthotel”,where the prices per night are only slightly lower than hotel rooms.
