Yes, go into “member information” from your Relevant Tools “home” page (the one you see after you log on), and fill out a URL where it says “Custom Confirmation Page”. This currently sets the confirmation page for all forms, but if you have multiple forms and need different confirmation pages for each, that can be done as well (there is a single line of code which you can add to the form headers to that effect).
