If you have deleted an eMail by accident the first step is to check your “Trash” folder. If the eMail is not in this folder it means it has been deleted from the system. Although the eMail system is subject to regular, scheduled backups we cannot recover deleted eMails. We do not suggest using the trash folder as a storage place for eMail messages. If you think you may need an eMail message for future reference please save it in a personal folder within the eMail or WebMail interface.
