Yes it is possible keeping the same quality as the original source. You have to connect the VCR using the following schema and set the PVR parameters like: – Setup menu/Preferences/TV Type => PAL – Setup menu/PVR Control/Input Source => AV2 – Setup menu/PVR Control/Source Format => SECAM or AUTO (PAL) (it depends of your VCR and records) You can choose a recording quality equal to XP or SP.
