Yes, provided the Inventory Control Location “Override G/L Account Segment” has been initialised, and the composition thereof results in a GL account which has the same Account structure as the Inventory Control account as the default ledger account defined in the Inventory Control Account Sets. If not, then the Location override will be ignored and all transactions will revert back the default Inventory Control GL account as defined in the IC setup. (A verification report in the RecIT! IC module will confirm this).
