A. It is possible to perform Single Pump, Pressure-Pressure Controlled Single Needle Dialysis Procedures on the Phoenix System. The Single Needle function is similar to Single Needle Dialysis on the Centrysystem® 3 machine. An Arterial Line Clamp must be installed on the machine, and a Pumping Chamber Holder attached to the dialyzer holder on the side of the Phoenix machine to allow use of the Single Needle Mode.
