Is it possible to pay the tuition fee in installment plan?
Usually students of short-term programs (less than 1 year) are expected to pay for the whole program at once. The same is usually true for the first-year students. Other graduate students usually may choose how to pay the tuition fee: it might be paid either once per year or in two equal parts during the year (before the beginning of a semester).
