Is it possible to not receive sent emails? Can they get lost?
Of course its possible for their sent emails to get lost. First of all, it might have gotten mixed into your SPAM folder, or Junk Email folders. Verify that its not there. Second, many ISPs are now filtering emails for their customers so SPAM messages never even get to you. Third, their own outgoing SMTP server could be filtering outbound emails and something in their filtering caught your message as SPAM. Set up a new email address on, say, gmail or Yahoo and have them send to that email address. While SPAM filtering can often capture “false positives”, its not likely that two different ISPs will both filter the same legitmate email out.
