No. Microsoft Windows CEDB API doesn’t support synchronization with databases stored on a Flash memory cards. The only possible location for the synchronization to work correctly is the Databases folder. You can install the PhatNotes program into any folder including your Flash memory card, but databases must remain in the main memory.
