Is it possible to merge RedAlert with other programs such as MS Word, Access, Excel?

RedAlert (non-client server versions only) uses as its database dBase files (dbf file). dBase files can be used with many other programs such as Microsoft Word (e.g. to do a mail merge), excel, or Crystal Reports. You can use the data dictionary to find the definitions of each table and field. IMPORTANT. It is very important that you use a copy of the RedAlert dbf files, rather than accessing them directly. Do not access the dbf files found in the \redalert\firedata directory, as you can easily corrupt them. We recommend either copying the entire firedata directory or copy the actual files which you require (if you copy just the file, don’t forget to copy the associated dbt file).
