Whenever a file is finished (Completed) by the Quikscribe Player, it moves the file from its current “Working” directory to a “Completed” directory. At the same time, Quikscribe exports the internal database (which contains the full history of the file) within the IAF (Intelligent Audio File) to a Reports directory in the form of a text file. It is from this location that the Quikscribe Manager can produce almost any type of report required. All reports that are created use industry standard Crystal Reports. Additional reports can be created by anyone, which means you have total control of how and what you want presented.
