Is it possible to match downloads with same TTH but different filename?
Yes! In your download queue, right click on the file you want to find alternative sources for and select Search for alternatives. If a TTH root is present, DC++ will automatically search for the TTH instead of the filename. It should automatically add the additional sources it finds to the download queue. If not, simply right click on a file and select Match Queue.
