Is it possible to lose 50 pounds in 3 months please please help…please?
First of all, it’s terrible to say that you would go for an unhealthy diet, because the only way to get in shape IS to have a healthy diet. There is no such thing as a unhealthy diet… the thing you have to do is the following: – Cut out all soda/sugary drinks altogether – Cut out potato chips, candy, greasy, and fried foods – Cut out ALL fast food – Bread actually makes you gain weight (especially white bread), so if you absolutely must eat bread, make sure it’s whole wheat or 12 grain – Take dietary supplements from GNC, they have great multi-vitamin supplements you could take that also have dietary benefits – Exercise, exercise, exercise! Exercise is the main one, I don’t care what anyone else says, there’s no diets out there where you can skinny by just “eating the right foods”. If you’re looking to lose weight AND have a nice figure too, then you also need to help yourself and put effort in to look good. Get out and exercise! I guarantee it will make you feel so much better about
