Set small goals for yourself on the way to the big goal. Keep working and pound for pound you can do it. I met a woman this week that lost 127 pounds in year by Weight Watchers. She plans what she will eat before she does anything else, and is always prepared. She now weighs 180 and just has 20 pounds to get to lifetime member, her goal. If she can do all of that you and I can lose a pound and half a week healty.

First of all, i’m sure it is possible to lose 50lbs in that time frame but i’m not sure if it would be healthy to do so. If you are a ballerina then you are probably already in somewhat good shape. Perhaps you could set up an exercise program that involved both cardio and muscle training (mostly for the purposes of toning). As for the eating aspect as long as you eat healthy meals in the proper proportions there isn’t much else that can be done there.
