Is it possible to lose 5 pounds in a week?
I think you can lose 5 lbs in a week but not necessarily flatten your tummy in a week. Don’t eat fruit, way too much sugar (even though yes it’s natural). The quickest way to lose 5 lbs is to lose 5 lbs of water, so eat very low sodium (but drink lots of plain water!). Eating very low sodium is really hard because almost everything has added salt or something else with sodium in it, but if you read labels and eat natural unprocessed things you’ll have better luck. Eat no bread and nothing sweet. No carbs that are processed (usually having a white color). Stick to lean meat, chicken, fish and plain steamed or raw green veggies (no carrots or potatos).
