Is it possible to learn correct German in Vienna?
Of course. In Vienna, standard German is spoken exactly as it is in Munich, Berlin, or Frankfurt. When people in these cities speak with each other, they sometimes use words that are only understood in their particular regions. You can, but must not, learn these words. In contrast, is the learned melody, or rhythm. In Vienna and in Munich, people speak an especially melodious German. An exceptionally beautiful German is today known as the Burgtheater German, a German that is spoken in Viennas famous Burgtheater.
