Is it possible to learn Ballet / gymnastics as an adult – 30 years old?
Of course you can! Thirty is the new 18. I would start with ballet first because it will loosen your muscles and make you more flexible. This will prepare you for gymnastics. Since your petite you shouldn’t have to worry about getting hurt. If you would like to be more flexible I would also suggest yoga. If you have Comcast you can go to On Demand.
