All leads and contacts in the CRMnext Address Book will appear in Outlook. Outlook Edition integrates Microsoft® Outlook® email with CRMnext. Outlook Edition adds new buttons and options to your Outlook user interface. If you buy the outlook edition, any communication to an email Id listed in CRMnext ( under leads or contacts )through outlook will automatically get listed in activities with reference to the email id.
