Is it possible to instill such culture in India?
YES, it is very much possible. First let us understand the problem. India has 300 languages 3000 castes 30 million gods and above 1 billion people We need a versatile solution from bottom up for such diversity. The solution to reorganize India similar to EU. Every Indian state should have their own flag, constitution and judiciary. However all states should use same currency and passport. Each state should guarantee a “minimum” income to every one (1 billion people) irrespective of they “work or not”. Such system will “prevent” corruption and “desperation” among people living in India. It will also prevent all socioeconomic issues in India viz farmer suicides, dowry deaths, child labor, corruption, bribery, etc.
