What you usually do is have a galvanised steel tube about 3″ diameter (not unlike a scaffolding tube) at the corner and the window is made to fit around it.It’ll be covered by PVC so you won’t see it when the window’s in situ. They should be readily available at a builder’s merchants and it will need to be in place before the window company measures up for the window.
