No, iPod/iPod Touch does not have expandable memory, so if you want an increase you would have to buy a new iPod with more space (if one is available). To conserve space, clear out your iPod regularly with music/pictures/video that you don’t need or use and turn off automatic syncing in iTunes so you can control what gets put on your iPod. ChaCha!
