Is it possible to include the subject line in the records that are logged to the mail refusal record?
It is not possible since this information is not available at the time of refusal. The decision is made based only on the envelop and not the header of the mail which is not transferred at all from the remote site. I received a Spam mail which seemed to originate from ITU. Some send junk e-mail or spam by setting the ‘Reply To’ field to point to an ITU account. We have limited control over something like this, but let it be known that we investigate all to evaluate whether it is true spam.
