Is it possible to have the tyres delivered to another, alternative address?
We can deliver to any British address: to the customers home address or to any other alternative address such as a one of our fitting station partners. • What happens if the courier company doesnt deliver the tyres? Will you send me replacements? If this is the case, then of course you will receive replacement goods. Let us know either by e-mail: mytyres@delti.com or by calling us free of charge on 0800-3286532 (Mon. Fri. 7am-9pm). Dont forget to have your order number (RD No.) at hand. • What happens if there is a delay in delivery? If, for any reason, there is a manufacturer supply shortage for the tyres you ordered, you will be informed about this immediately and at the same time, offered a suitable alternative. • Where will the tyres be delivered to? During the ordering process you will be asked to give a delivery address. This can differ to the invoicing address you gave. If you cannot or do not want to accept the tyres at your home address you can have them sent to another, separ
