Is it possible to have GoldMine Internet recipients show up in the “Contacts” area?
When creating a group within GoldMine for use with GoldExchange, you must use the reference field in order to instruct GoldExchange on which email/fax address to use. If the reference number is the fax number, then it is assumed to be a fax address. If the word “fax” (case insensitive) is contained, it is assumed to be fax. Otherwise it is assumed to be an Internet address. If the contact’s fax address within GoldMine is blank (assuming the reference field is FAX), or if there are no email addresses (for Internet address types), then no member is included. Nemx products don’t support the “contacts” area of Outlook.
