Yes, even if you cant find the actual Freelander ones, you can fit some after market ones which is a better option as you can pick the design/style you want and they will most probably be cheeper (I remember I fitted some after market spots to my scirocco, they cost me £25 from Halfords and they looked great)

Rear fog lights will be standard on a Freelander, if you are in the USA there will just be a blanking plate over where the bulb should go.
