Is it possible to have car names as a name of a band for example Bentley the band.?
If the company doesn’t exist any more then it’s not going to be a problem. However if you call your band ‘Rolls Royce’ (or Bentley) then expect a letter from their solicitors (written in blood) – other companies might not react so badly but they will, they’re famous for it.
