Yes, our office can restore a previously taught course in order to view student’s course activity for a grade dispute. When calling our office, let us know the semester the course was taught, and the course name and number. It normally takes a few days to complete this request because our Systems Engineer will need to retrieve the backup from the archives and restore the content to its original format. Once you are finished accessing the content from the restored course, please let us know so we can remove it from the server.
