Is it possible to go to arrival from departure area or viceversa in Manila NAIA?
It is possible to get from the arrival to departure area but not viseversa. Coming out of the arrival section, you should head left and get up the stairs on the far left side. There is a checkpoint that lets you out but not in, A similar stair with checkpoint can also be found on the far right side.
