Yes, we expect most trainees to go on a client or international secondment at some point during their training contract. Trainees undertake secondments in their second, third or fourth seats. We currently have trainees from London seconded to our Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Düsseldorf, Hong Kong, Paris and Tokyo offices and trainees on client secondments at Barclays, GSK and UBS. Please note that these secondments do change from time to time and we cannot guarantee that all trainees will get their first choice of secondment.
