Is it possible to get the materials in Microsoft Word format?
Unfortunately, no. Our materials include many graphics to illustrate examples and clarify the use of various applications. We also have many variables, cross-references and inserted documents in our FrameMaker files, to ease revision. We use FrameMaker because it is the best available tool for our publishing needs. Though FrameMaker claims to be able to “convert” documents into Word format, this feature does not function well and the integrity of the materials is compromised. Conversion is unsuccessful due to the number of graphics, the complexity and length of our materials, and limitations in Word. If you are not able to use FrameMaker to revise our materials, we recommend you purchase the PDF bundle.
