It is possible to get new terms and conditions for Grant or Contribution programs. Treasury Board (TB) must approve those terms and conditions unless TB has delegated program authority to the Minister responsible. However, you should note that a program evaluation is required before renewing program terms and conditions. During the duration of an approved program, technical and certain other exceptions are possible within the parameters of section 7.3.2 and 7.3.3 of the Policy on Transfer Payments.
