If you were to purchase a sheet of 5mm MDF (8ft x 4ft) and pack of panel pins 20mm. Using a smooth wood saw to cut 3 peices enough to cover all three jobs. Then pin “MDF” to both sides of door and one to side of bath, Then a quick coat of paint “job done”.
