I knew something was up after 2-3 weeks. I’m a very self aware person so I instantly knew something was changing and by the time I had my dr apt at what was 4 weeks -I knew I was either pregnant or I had a tumor starting inside me. I also have a friend who didn’t know she was pregnant untill she was already 5 months along so it really all depends on the person. If you don’t feel right you should always get checked out by a healthcare professional just to be on the safe side of life anyways. Best of luck!
