If there are mature seeds with the flower arrangement, then yes you should be able to germinate them an grow them, if you have the proper growing conditions (water, light, warmth, soil, etc). However not all seeds that appear are mature especially with flowers, there may be a period of time between flower presenting itself and the seed being fully mature that the plant the seed comes from has to supply nutrients to ‘prime’ the seed for its initial germination and growth spurt.
