Don’t worry too much about calories. Everyone needs different amounts, and the given amounts are just rough averages. What you need to worry about is the kind of calories you eat. Like you’re doing now, eat healthy calories, and stay away from the useless, unhealthy ones. I don’t really do any form of exercising, all I do is avoid eating unhealthy, and I’ve stayed the same weight for about 6 years. If you’re exercising as well as watching what you eat, you will probably be burning some fat as well as gaining muscle. On a side not, don’t worry about weight either, because doing what you’re doing, you’re going to be gaining muscle, which adds a lot to you’re weight.
