You can search for individual allele data using the genotype search and download the result in tab delimited format: 1 Go to the genotype query form. 2 Click on the RS Numbers tab.3 Enter the rs numbers you wish to query (without “rs” prefix). 4 Click “Next”.5 Select a population.6 Select the blue “Download Text” bar that will appear (once you select a population) above the population choices.7 Open downloaded tab file in Excel.
