No, because you need an emulator ’cause of the fact that the Pokemon games are on a different platform, for example DS or GBA. If the Pokemon game were actually PC platform, then you wouldn’t need an emulator, you could just pirate it off a torrents site and play. Well, as far as I know, anyway.
