To the best of my knowledge, Magellan DOES NOT offer map download for the Magellan RoadMate 1200. I would guess the BestBuy salesman maybe mistaken. You can visit Magellan website at http://www.magellangps.com/support/faqde… to find out more about your product. Contact BestBuy for assistant since losing the SD card is an issue and Magellan need to find a way to help you if possible. You should not have to pay $60 for the map download since you already paid for the maps already and it is not an upgrade.
