Is it possible to delete a Support Team Member after he accepted an invitation?

Not within a given application but you can choose to not include that Support Team Member in your next application. You also have control over what information is sent to which Support Team Member, except for the Skill rating which is automatic once the Support Team Member accepts an invitation.
