It’s possible in theory, but we don’t have anything like the working in practice.It shouldn’t be too difficult to do the Ecore to UML2 conversion using Eclipse’s EMF-based UML2 model. Check the uml2 newsgroup. They may have plans or already have an Ecore model importer.
