Yes, you could convert DivX (avi) file to VCD compliant files (mpeg-1) with Eastsea Video Converter, and then burn it to VCD with a VCD/DVD burner. 13. I cannot convert mpg/DVD to Eastsea other format. Every time I try the program crashes with an error message. Download an MPEG-2 Encoder from internet and install it.
