This is not the ideal situation. The insulation in a cold room is not designed for temperatures below 0ºC. You will find that the outside of your converted cold room will start to ‘swear’ and water droplets will surround your door opening. The freeon (gas) used in a cold room is different to that used in a freezer room. The life span of the refrigeration equipment is drastically reduced due to operating out of its design parameters. Service and maintenance cost will escalate unnecessary.
