Yes it is possible to contract an STI whilst taking Levaquin. Levaquin can be used to treat some STIs, however, if someone already had an STI and they do not practise safe sex not only will they infect someone else but they are at risk of picking up a new STI or the same STI that they already have which may be a different strain which makes it more difficult treat. Also if someone already has a STI they are more likely to pick up the HIV.
